Less drama, more flowers

Colvin is one of the fastest-growing startups in Spain. They sell flowers and plants online. In 2019, they needed to create a stronger brand that could be recognizable and consistent along the variety of channels Colvin used. We partnered with Pixel to redesign the whole brand with a fresher approach.

I was in charge of developing new guidelines to be followed in all communications. The system was mostly based on a bright color palette and handmade illustrations that reflected the artisan way in which Colvin bouquets were made. I also worked with the photography department to ensure every picture followed guidelines.

Designing the new box was a challenge in itself. It had to function in four different formats and we could use only three inks. There was a huge amount of information to include, and the box needed to be useful both for the recipient and the delivery man.

It’s all about the experience

Receiving flowers should be a special moment, that’s why we created a special unboxing experience, including a personalized greeting card, flower fertilizer with a custom packaging and instructions on how to take care of your new bouquet.
